Permanent Jewelry Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges once your jewelry has been fitted and welded. Please be sure you are satisfied with your chain selection and fit before your service is completed.
However, your experience matters deeply to us. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we are always happy to help where we can.
Body Scrub Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all body scrub sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly make it right.
