Return Policy – With Love, B&Z Body Scrubs

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all body scrub sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly make it right.

Body Scrub Care Instructions

To ensure the best quality and longevity of your body scrub:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight • Keep water out of the jar to prevent contamination • Use clean, dry hands or a scoop when handling the product • Product may harden in cooler temperatures due to natural ingredients—simply allow it to sit at room temperature to soften • For external use only—avoid contact with eyes

Use within 6-9 months for best freshness.
